Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. Who we are
This website (billingesim.com) and the TMAX eSIM service are operated by [Legal entity name — set BUSINESS_LEGAL_NAME], registered address [Registered address — set BUSINESS_ADDRESS], registration / tax ID [Registration / tax ID — set BUSINESS_REGISTRATION_ID] ("we", "us"). [Legal entity name — set BUSINESS_LEGAL_NAME] is the seller of the service described in these Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. Service description
We sell prepaid data plans on eSIMs (data only — no calls, SMS or phone number) for use in the countries or regions specified in each plan. Each plan states its data amount, validity period, price, networks and whether hotspot is allowed. eSIMs are issued through our licensed wholesale partner [eSIM network partner — set ESIM_PROVIDER_NAME] and run on local operator networks.
3. Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout. The contract is formed when Paddle confirms your payment. You must provide a valid email address to receive your eSIM.
4. Delivery
The service is fully digital; no physical goods are shipped. After payment is confirmed we send the QR code and manual activation code to your email, and they are also available on your order page. Delivery normally takes a few minutes; if it takes more than 24 hours, please contact us.
5. Activation and validity
- The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in a covered country, unless the plan states otherwise.
- A plan ends when its validity period expires or its data is used up, whichever comes first. Unused data does not carry over.
- A QR code can usually be installed only once. If you delete the eSIM from your device it may not be possible to reinstall it.
- Actual speed and coverage depend on location, device and network congestion; "4G/5G" indicates the maximum available technology, not a guaranteed speed.
6. Fair use
Plans are intended for personal use while travelling. Network operator fair-use policies may apply, including speed reduction after a certain usage on "unlimited" plans; where applicable this is stated in the plan details.
7. Prohibited use
- Any unlawful or fraudulent activity, or activity that infringes the rights of others.
- Reselling the service or using it in SIM-boxes, routers or unauthorised IoT devices.
- Spam, network attacks or any use that harms the network or other users.
- We or our network partner may suspend the service if these Terms are breached.
8. Device compatibility
You are responsible for checking before purchase that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. See the Compatible devices page. Refunds for incompatible or locked devices are handled as described in the Refund Policy.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law country — set BUSINESS_GOVERNING_LAW], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
