Data we collect

We do not collect or store payment card data; Paddle processes it directly.

  • Email address — to deliver your eSIM, send order links and answer support requests.
  • Order number and Paddle transaction ID — to match the payment to your order.
  • ICCID, activation details and usage data — to issue the eSIM and show its status.
  • Device information you voluntarily give support (e.g. model, OS version, screenshots).
  • Contact form messages (name, email, message).
  • Technical server logs (IP address, browser) for security, kept for a short period.
  • Performance of contract: processing your order, delivering the eSIM and providing support.
  • Legal obligation: keeping accounting and tax records.
  • Legitimate interest: fraud prevention and site security.

Sharing

  • Paddle.com — our payment processor and the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payment and billing data under its own privacy policy.
  • [eSIM network partner — set ESIM_PROVIDER_NAME] — our eSIM network partner, to issue and operate the eSIM (order reference and ICCID, and email where required).
  • Our email delivery provider, to send order emails.
  • Authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as needed to provide the service and support, then as required by accounting and tax law (typically up to 7 years). Support messages are deleted 24 months after the last contact.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your data, and to complain to a data protection authority. Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to know what data is collected, to request deletion and to non-discrimination. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
