Compatible devices

You need an eSIM-capable phone or tablet that is not locked to a carrier. Please check your device before buying — confirming compatibility is the customer's responsibility.

Check my phone: the fastest way

Open your phone's dialer and dial *#06#.
If an EID (a 32-digit number) is shown, your phone has an eSIM chip.
If no EID appears, your phone most likely does not support eSIM.

Check in settings

iPhone: Settings → General → About. If you see "EID" or "Digital SIM", the device supports eSIM. Then Settings → Mobile/Cellular should show "Add eSIM".
Android (Samsung): Settings → Connections → SIM manager. If "Add eSIM" is shown, it is supported.
Android (Google Pixel and others): Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → "Download a SIM" or "Add eSIM".

Is my phone unlocked?

Your device must be carrier-unlocked to accept an eSIM from another provider. On iPhone: Settings → General → About → "Carrier Lock" should say "No SIM restrictions". On Android, ask your carrier or test with a SIM from a different carrier.

Devices that commonly support eSIM

This list is a guide only; variants differ by country and carrier. Always confirm with *#06# or your settings.

Apple iPhone XR, XS and newer; cellular iPad models with eSIM.
Google Pixel 3 and newer (except some regional variants).
Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Z Fold and Z Flip series, and some A-series models (region-dependent).
Selected Motorola, Oppo, Xiaomi, Sony, Huawei and other models.

Known exceptions

Most iPhones sold in mainland China and some Hong Kong and Macao models do not support eSIM.
Some regional Android variants ship without eSIM even when the same model supports it elsewhere.
Carrier-locked devices will not accept an eSIM from another provider.
